Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Managing credit card orders and ensuring funds are secured before fulfillment.
- Reconciling payment discrepancies and managing chargebacks.
- Communicating with customers regarding declined payments and outstanding balances.
- Assisting with sales tax exemption certificates and refunds.
Requirements - Typically requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required; experience with ERP systems like NetSuite is a significant plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant accounting coursework preferred).
