Job Description:

At The Joint Chiropractic, we believe in providing affordable, accessible, and high-quality chiropractic care to our patients. We're looking for skilled chiropractors to join our team and help us in our mission to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care.

As a chiropractor at The Joint, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your patients. You'll educate them on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve optimal health and wellness. All without having to worry about the nuances of running a business and fighting for insurance reimbursements. Instead, you can concentrate on the well-being of your patients.

Despite what you may have heard, the fact is that The Joint Chiropractic is a thriving part of our Chiropractic community that may just be the perfect fit for you to take the next step in your career.

The Opportunity:

  • Part-time opportunity at our Bellevue clinic, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays. (Opportunities for additional hours at other clinics in Renton or Lynnwood)

  • Company-paid malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
  • Analyze X-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
  • Patient chiropractic care and education.
  • Building positive doctor-patient relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
  • Sales of membership packages.

Qualifications needed:

  • 4 year bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

  • Passing scores for Parts I,II,III, and IV from NCBE.
  • A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV.
  • Valid DC license in Washington State.
  • Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time.

Salary: $40-$45/hour plus monthly bonus of $1-$3 per adjustment (if performance metrics are hit for the month).

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week.
