Job Description:

We’re looking for a General Construction Worker to join our team. This role is intentionally flexible as we’re open to candidates at all experience levels, from entry-level individuals looking to get into the trades to experienced carpenters who can jump in and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, demolition, site prep, material handling, and general jobsite support
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Work alongside experienced crew members or operate more independently depending on experience level
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards
• Take initiative and step into different roles as project needs evolve

Qualifications:

• Open to all experience levels (entry-level to highly experienced)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work well on a team and take direction
• Physical ability to lift materials and perform manual labor
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL is a plus (helpful for moving trucks and trailers between jobsites, but not required)
