About The Role

We are seeking a talented Presentation Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex ideas into visually compelling narratives that support sales, marketing, and brand storytelling efforts. Your expertise in PowerPoint and visual design will enable you to craft scalable, branded templates and engaging presentations that resonate with diverse audiences. Beyond presentations, you will contribute to a broad range of creative projects including digital, print, experiential activations, environmental graphics, and event spaces. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work seamlessly across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Strategy, Brand Marketing, Experiential, and Partnership Development will be central to your success, ensuring cohesive and impactful visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, sports, experiential, or entertainment environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, experiential, and environmental design
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic or multimedia design (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, including template creation and advanced presentation features
  • Experience with print production, including large-format and environmental graphics
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and spatial/wayfinding systems
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visual content across digital, social media, print, and experiential environments
  • Create and refine branded templates and presentation decks that support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Design environmental graphics, signage, and activations for events and sponsorships
  • Develop marketing collateral, premiums, and other branded assets for client projects
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including Strategy, Production, Partnership Development, and Talent to ensure cohesive execution
  • Translate strategic ideas into visually compelling narratives and presentations
  • Prepare print-ready files for large-scale and environmental applications
  • Participate in the design of physical spaces and experiential activations as part of integrated campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs
