Contract Type Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, day-to-day instruction following an established international curriculum
• Implement and model exemplary teaching standards with critical self-reflection
• Provide individualized care and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Establish clear instructional objectives using core and supplementary materials
• Assess student progress, analyze data, and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and administrators
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Working Schedule
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Teaching Hours: Maximum 15 hours per week
• Student Level: Primary School
Candidate Requirements
✓ Native English speaker (any nationality welcome)
✓ Minimum 1–2 years of primary school teaching experience (essential)
✓ Passionate about student-centered, inquiry-based learning
✓ Strong classroom management and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits Package
Salary
¥200,000 – ¥400,000 RMB annually
(Based on qualifications and experience)
