At Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar, we bring bold flavors, unforgettable energy, and a whole lot of fun to every dining experience. We’re looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences rooted in hospitality, personality, and fun.

What You’ll Do

As a Server at Fat Rosie’s, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature hospitality. You’ll:

• Provide efficient, friendly, and FUN guest service.
• Ensure that every guest experience not only meets but exceeds expectations.
• Use good judgment to handle guest challenges with care and professionalism.
• Follow all steps of service to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Share your knowledge of the restaurant and menu, answering questions with confidence.
• Use sales techniques to highlight current promotions and encourage guests to try something new.
• Accurately record and process all orders, handle payments, and balance sales and receipts.
• Safely and effectively transport food and beverages to tables of three or more in a single trip.
• Complete alcohol awareness training and always serve responsibly.
• Take on additional duties as needed to support your team and our guests.
